This data provides a static version of the SDDOT LRS network, limited to Blyncsy’s specified study area for testing purposes.
<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN>The SDDOT LRS (Linear Referencing System) network measures are in miles and highway naming convention follows the standard of the SDDOT Roadway Information System (RIS) database. For example, Highway 14 is stored as 014; Highway 212 is stored as 212. Directionality and subordinate routes also follow the RIS naming convention with specific character spacing.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>

The data was generate from GPS data collection from 1996 - 2000. Original data collection accuracy was +/- 3 - 5 meters. Throughoutthe years the roadtrack has been adjusted imagery based centerline data. Imagery accuracy varies. When possible roadtrack updated with survey grade design Microstation DGN data.
