Service Description: The NSTRI Local Roads HPMS table combines the Non-State Trunk Inventory (NSTRI), route IDs, and from-to measures associated with the ARNOLD network. The table is part of the annual HPMS submittal and contains only data items that pertain to HPMS. The table can be routed against the ARNOLD using the Route_ID field as the route input and the From_Mile and To_Mile as the measure fields. Data is updated annually.
